    MunOpCo Music Theatre is a local community theater group, located in the Lehigh Valley. We are proud to be a family oriented theater company. We offer Broadway musicals in a community atmosphere. We are a 501c3 non-profit organization who enjoys community partner programs.  Donors and Sponsors are solicited on a ‘philanthropic’ basis.  All donations are tax-deductable to the fullest extent of the law.  MunOpCo also has an outreach program, which includes a female show choir (Music in Motion) and a Down syndrome performance ensemble (MunOpCo’s Allstarz). We also offer public entertainment programs and concerts.

    We are located at the Scottish Rite Cathedral, 1533 Hamilton St. in Allentown, PA. Our administrative office and Box Office are located across the street at 1544 Hamilton St. at the Scottish Rite Center. Our Shows for 2009

AUDITIONS FOR MunOpCo’s 2009 Spring production of “THE MUSIC MAN” will be held on Sunday, December 7, 2008 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Scottish Rite Cathedral Theatre, 1533 Hamilton St., Allentown, PA 18102. An accompanist will be available. Registration will be in the Main Lobby. All individuals are asked to prepare 32 bars of a song from the show or a song of their choice showcasing their vocal abilities and range. Dance auditions will be conducted so bring proper shoes and a character reading from the script will be conducted. A boy and girl, ages 8-13 are needed for speaking/singing roles. A limited number of children ages 8-16 will be cast for the ensemble. Men and women, ages 17 and up are needed for all roles and ensemble.
